1985年由苏联国家大地测量及制图总局出版了《苏联及邻区新构造图》。由Н.А.Моргунова主编的这幅最新版新构造图是作为高等院校教学用的挂图,其色彩鲜艳、内容新颖,描绘了苏联及邻区中一晚新生代构造运动及构造形变的基本轮廓。该图的基本资料主要由以Н.И.Николаев为首的莫斯科国立大学地质系新构造与地震构造实验室提供,全苏地质科研所和地球物理所也提供了大量资料。主图比例尺为1∶4,000,000,用不同的色标表示苏联大陆、大陆架及海域的不同新构造
In 1985 by the Soviet Union, National Geodesy and Cartographic General Administration published “the Soviet Union and its neighboring neotectonics map.” This newest version of the new structure, edited by Н.А.Моргунова, serves as a wall chart for teaching in institutions of higher learning. It is colorful and novel in content, depicting the basic structure of the late-Cenozoic tectonic movements and tectonic deformation in the Soviet Union and its neighboring areas contour. The basic information of the map is mainly provided by the Laboratory of Neotectonics and Seismotectonics, Department of Geology, Moscow State University led by Н.И.Николаев, and the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of All-Su also provided a wealth of information. The scale of the main map is 1: 4,000,000, with different color schemes representing different new structures of the continental shelf, the continental shelf and the sea
