辛伐他汀中间体(SV)为近年来发现的合成辛伐他汀的一种新的物质~([1]),由于合成辛伐他汀的路径短,反应条件温和,极有可能取代洛伐他汀合成辛伐他汀,以大大降低生产成本。因此,很有必要建立一种快速、有效的检测方法来取代薄层色谱法,对辛伐他汀进行定量和定性,以满足生产和科研的需要。参照美国药典24版中洛伐他汀~([2])和辛伐他汀的检测方法~([3]),经试验后得出了一种简便、快速、有效的HPLC分析方法。
