在抗青光眼手术中从前大都传统地采用从角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣。自1983年以来,我们引用了国外部分学者的经验,在两组青光眼患者中分别进行了穹窿为基底的结膜瓣和以角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣的抗青光眼手术。并对两组患者在术后眼压控制及术后发发症方面进行了比较。现报告如下。
Glaucoma surgery has traditionally used conjunctival flaps from the limbus. Since 1983, we have cited the experience of some foreign scholars, in both groups of patients with glaucoma were fornix-based conjunctival flap and limbal-based conjunctival flap anti-glaucoma surgery. The two groups of patients were compared in postoperative IOP control and postoperative hair loss. The report is as follows.
