1982年6月,我站选择了温州市欧海县国营三溪机电灌溉站,进行以提高机组装置效率(以下简称效率),降低能源单耗为目的的技术改造试点。该站地处温、瑞、平原水网地区,平均扬程3米,有固定机埠39处,流动船机26只,灌溉农田约5万亩,配用水泵有8~12吋的混流泵,离心泵和少量的轴流泵,额定扬程4.5~17米,配套单机容量7~14瓩。其中大多数是50年代的产品,经过20年运行,设备陈旧,效率低。1982年实测,效率最大为37.1%,最小为16.9%,平均为25.9%。由此可见,技术改造工作,非常必要。目前技术改造任务已基本完成,有关改造前后技术经济指标对比列表如下:
