跨栏跑是一项速度快,对运动员的技术性要求很强的短跑运动,其实质是跑栏。跨栏跑的最大特点是在高速跑进当中越过一定数量的障碍,因此,必须通过对运动员的平跑速度和专项技术进行科学、系统的训练,才能达到较高的运动水平。笔者连续多年任教研组长并带队获得多次田径区团体冠军,下面就笔者自身的训练方法加以概述,以期为各同仁训练提供参考。一、星期一
