Clausen, an American educator with 33 years of teaching experience, suggests that all students succeed if their students are respected and loved. According to him, this belief comes from a chance. As a result of the school arrangement, he took over a poor class at the beginning of the school year, with 29 different levels of students. All they had in common was that they were all students who had not been successful in school. According to the survey and assessment, Clausen found that 70% of the boys in the class had many things in common: lack of learning ability and lack of skills of social interaction were spoilers. He also found that the entire class was in a state of polarization and disorder, with cultural barriers. Some children’s families are not perfect, poor, long-term school life in a state of failure, some children have a low self-identity.
