目的了解玉林市玉州区(含福绵管理区)艾滋病防治情况,高危人群规模、分布、行为特征、艾滋病流行情况、HIV性病感染率及艾滋病相关信息、防治资料,为开展中英艾滋病防治项目工作提供依据。方法收集玉州区防治艾滋病基本信息,对吸毒、性服务小姐等高危人群进行行为学和血清流行病学调查,对调查资料进行统计分析。结果玉州区2000年发现艾滋病及其感染者,截至2007年底两区共发现HIV/AIDS 245例。其中吸毒途径传播占47.76%,性途径传播占35.92%。母婴传播占2.04%。两区公安登记在册吸毒人员2 153人。最近一年接受过干预服务的率达57.06%,最近一次共用针具注射率17.53%,艾滋病知识知晓率81.55%,HIV感染率3.6%,RPR阳性率1.94%。性服务小姐725人,最近一年接受艾滋病宣传服务的小姐达67.96%,最近一次安全套使用率84.80%。HIV感染率1.1%,RPR阳性率2.41%。结论玉林市玉州区HIV/AIDS是发病人数较多的县(区)之一,艾滋病知识宣传力度较大。吸毒人群、性服务小姐近年来接受艾滋病知识宣传干预服务的比例较高,HIV感染率处在较低水平,艾滋病宣传力度较大,艾滋病防治资源丰富。
Objective To understand the prevention and treatment of AIDS, the population size, distribution, behavioral characteristics, HIV prevalence, HIV prevalence and HIV / AIDS related information, prevention and treatment information in Yushu District of Yulin City (including Fu Mian Management District) Work to provide the basis. Methods The basic information of prevention and treatment of AIDS in Yuzhou district was collected. The behavioral and serum epidemiological investigation was conducted on the high risk population such as drug addicts and sex workers. Statistical analysis was conducted on the survey data. Results In 2000, HIV and AIDS were found in Yuzhou District. By the end of 2007, 245 cases of HIV / AIDS were found in two districts. Among them, 47.76% were transmitted by drugs and 35.92% were transmitted by sexual means. Mother-to-child transmission accounted for 2.04%. There were 2,153 registered drug abusers in public security posts in both districts. In the recent year, the rate of receiving intervention service was 57.06%. The latest injection rate of common needles was 17.53%. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 81.55%. The HIV infection rate was 3.6% and the RPR positive rate was 1.94%. 725 were sex workers, 67.96% were HIV / AIDS advocates in the most recent year, and 84.80% were the most recent condom users. HIV infection rate of 1.1%, RPR positive rate of 2.41%. Conclusions HIV / AIDS in Yushu district of Yulin city is one of the counties (districts) with a large number of cases and AIDS knowledge is more publicized. In recent years, the proportion of drug abusers and sex workers receiving HIV / AIDS knowledge intervention services has been relatively high, HIV infection rate is at a low level, HIV / AIDS is more publicized, and AIDS prevention and treatment resources are abundant.
