患者王××男 62岁左眼被木棒击伤5小时,1982年5月13日急诊入院。伤后患眼剧痛,出血较多,视力丧失。十余年前左眼因角膜白斑和继发青光眼曾作过角膜移植术及抗青光眼手术,并有视神经萎缩,玻璃状体混浊,慢性虹膜睫状体炎及虹膜萎缩等症。伤前曾多次在门诊治疗,视力保持在0.04左右。右眼已失明20多年。检查:右眼角膜白斑,瞳孔闭锁,眼球萎缩,视力光感消失。左眼下睑有一与睑缘平行长约25mm之裂伤,肿胀渗血,角膜明显塌陷,在9～2点角膜巩缘后方
Patient Wang × × male 62-year-old left eye was injured by a wooden stick 5 hours, May 13, 1982 emergency admission. Injury eye pain, bleeding more vision loss. More than ten years ago, the left eye corneal leukoplakia and secondary glaucoma due to corneal transplantation and anti-glaucoma surgery, and optic atrophy, vitreous opacity, chronic iridocyclitis and iris atrophy embolism. Pre-injury treatment many times in the clinic, visual acuity remained at 0.04 or so. Right eye has been blind for more than 20 years. Check: Right corneal leukoplakia, pupil atresia, atrophy of the eyeball, visual acuity disappeared. The left lower eyelid has a laceration of about 25mm parallel to the eyelid, swelling, bleeding, corneal collapse, at 9 to 2 points behind the corneal margins
