液压挖掘机的功率一般是按斗容量和挖掘能力的大小来确定的。它的行驶速度也在该功率范围内考虑,故车速一般都不太高。欲在已确定的功率范围内采用现有的液压系统提高行驶速度,十分困难,甚至是不可能的。本文根据研制WYL-16挖掘机的实践,介绍一种采用蓄能器装置的液压系统。它不仅能充分发挥整机的液压功率、改善行驶加速性能,而且提高了平均行驶速度。
Hydraulic excavator power is generally based on bucket capacity and excavation capacity to determine the size. It’s driving speed is also considered within the power range, so the speed is generally not too high. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to use the existing hydraulic system to increase the speed of travel within the established power range. Based on the practice of developing WYL-16 excavator, this paper introduces a hydraulic system using accumulator device. It can not only give full play to the hydraulic power of the machine, improve driving acceleration performance, but also improve the average speed.
