政府、企业、学校三者共同构成了我国中等职业教育的利益主体,由于不同利益主体其诉求不同,造成政府与学校、企业与学校之间主体利益失衡。从利益相关者理论视角,分析中职教育各参与主体的利益诉求,探讨政府、企业、学校三者之间的利益冲突和表现,有利于深刻剖析中职教育中主体利益失衡的原因,以期通过中职教育理念革新、政策扶持和法律法规保障、学校内涵建设、校企合作机制创新等,积极构建质量保障体系来探求主体利益均衡点,推进中等职业教育的可持续发展。
The government, enterprises and schools together constitute the main interests of secondary vocational education in our country. Due to the different appeals of different stakeholders, the imbalance of interests between the government and schools, enterprises and schools is the main body. From the perspective of stakeholder theory, this paper analyzes the interest demands of all participants in secondary vocational education and discusses the conflicts of interest and performance among the government, enterprises and schools, which helps to deeply analyze the reasons for the unbalance of the main interests in secondary vocational education so as to pass The concept of secondary vocational education, policy support and the protection of laws and regulations, the construction of the school, the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism innovation, and actively build a quality assurance system to explore the main interests of the equilibrium point to promote the sustainable development of secondary vocational education.
