港口的电气事故在港口所有事故中占有相当比例。分析了电气事故产生的原因、特点和规律，提出应用接地和接零保护技术手段解决电气安全问题，防止事故的发生，以确保港口的安全生产。
Electrical accidents at the port account for a significant proportion of all incidents in the port. The causes, characteristics and rules of electric accidents are analyzed. It is proposed to solve the electrical safety problems by means of grounded and zero-protection techniques to prevent accidents and ensure the safe production in ports.
