耗散结构理论认为,一个开放的系统,通过与外界交换物质和能量,可以在远离平衡态的区域形成稳定有序的结构。人的思想系统是一种耗散结构,具有耗散结构所具有的开放性、追求有序性和发展不确定性等特征。思想政治教育应当遵循耗散结构规律,坚持有选择的开放原则、目标合理原则、理论彻底原则、生成发展原则、时机效率原则和“耗”“散”和谐原则,从而取得良好的思想政治教育效果。
Dissipative structure theory that an open system, by exchanging material and energy with the outside world, can form a stable and orderly structure in the region away from the equilibrium state.
