本文阐述了新时代教师的社会职能的新特点,分析了学生心理障碍、性格缺陷的表现,联系语文教学现状,从高职人才培养目的出发,论证了语文教育观念的转变,提出了语文教育改革的重点之一是在教学中加强人文精神的渗透,将人文精神教育与学生心理障碍、性格缺陷的克服相结合,以达到培养高素质人才的目标的观点。
This article expounds the new features of the social functions of teachers in the new era, analyzes the students’ psychological barriers, the performance of personality defects, the status quo of teaching in the language, starting from the purpose of cultivating vocational talents, demonstrating the transformation of the concept of Chinese education, put forward the reform of Chinese education One of the key points is to strengthen the penetration of humanistic spirit in teaching, combine the education of humanistic spirit with the students’ psychological barriers and the overcome of personality defects so as to achieve the goal of training high-quality talents.
