结果:A组上颌窦容积和窦嵴距呈负相关(r=-0.63,P<0.05);A组窦嵴距大于其他2组(P<0.05),而B组窦嵴距又大于C组(P<0.05);C组上颌窦前后径及左右径分别大于A、B组(P<0.05);C组气化系数小于A、B组(P<0.05)。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between maxillary sinus volume and alveolar bone mass and maxillary sinus affected by maxillary sinus by measuring adult maxillary sinus volume, sinus crest distance and calculating gasification coefficient. Methods: CT images of 190 patients (maxillary sinus of 361 sides) were collected and 121 cases (242 sides) were normal in group A. 42 cases (65 sides) One molar fell off to B1, two maxillary teeth on 22 side fell off to B2, and three molar offal on one side of 12 on maxillary sinus (B3). The 27 cases (54 sides) group. The relationship between maxillary sinus volume and sinus crest distance was analyzed by measuring the maxillary sinus volume, sinus crest distance and each diameter of maxillary sinus, calculating the gasification coefficient, comparing the diameters of maxillary sinus, gasification coefficient, maxillary sinus volume And sinus ridge distance differences. Results: There was a negative correlation between the maxillary sinus volume and sinus ridge distance in group A (r = -0.63, P <0.05), while the distance between sinusoids in group A was greater than that in the other two groups (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The anteroposterior diameter and left and right diameter of maxillary sinus in group C were higher than those in group A and B respectively (P <0.05). The gasification coefficient of group C was less than that of group A and B (P <0.05). Conclusion: The volume of maxillary sinus is negatively correlated with the amount of alveolar bone. The maxillary tooth is fully exfoliated and the maxillary sinus is deformed. The volume of maxillary sinus decreases.
