红霉素是临床上常用的抗生素之一。因常伴发胃肠反应以致使红霉素的使用受到限制。本组于1995年10月至1996年3月在采用红霉素治疗的同时口服或舌下含服心痛定减少了胃肠道副反应,现报告如下。
