随着我国国民经济的快速发展,市场格局变化日新月异,人才市场流动量大,企业员工拥有更多选择。企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中寻求生存和发展,首先要赢得人才的竞争。企业文化建设对企业的人力资源竞争力有重要影响,也是提升企业核心竞争力的关键因素。了解两者之间的相互作用关系、发挥两者的相互促进作用,是提高企业市场竞争力的有效途径,也是本文的主要研究内容。
With the rapid development of the national economy in our country, the market changes with each passing day, and the flow of talent in the market is large, and employees have more choices.
