金融危机后,欧盟对可持续性增长的理解,从资源环境发展到就业岗位,进而到投资、回报,涵盖了环境、经济及社会等各个方面。从这一目标出发,欧盟对制造业模式未来发展趋势进行了设想。基本框架是以政府支持的研发为基础,鼓励大量面向全球市场的中小企业发展。政府支持的研发作为提升企业竞争力的手段,促进中小企业的运作模式。一方面适应未来全球市场“去规模化”的趋势,另一方面实现将就业和利润都留在欧洲的目标。
After the financial crisis, the EU’s understanding of sustainable growth has evolved from a resource-based environment to an employment position, which in turn has brought about investment and returns, covering various aspects of the environment, economy and society. Starting from this goal, the EU has envisaged the future development trend of the manufacturing industry. The basic framework is based on government-supported research and development and encourages the development of a large number of SMEs oriented towards the global market. Government-supported research and development as a means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to promote the mode of operation of SMEs. On the one hand to adapt to the trend of “going to scale” in future global markets and on the other hand to achieve the goal of keeping employment and profits in Europe.
