“四个全面”从战略层面对边疆地区民族工作进行布局,它是问题意识和目标导向的统一。做好民族工作,加快边疆民族地区经济社会发展要紧紧围绕“四个全面”来进行,即全面深化改革、全面建成小康社会、全面从严治党以及全面依法治国,通过做好民族工作有效推动边疆民族地区的经济社会发展,把“四个全面”真正落到实处,认真谋划和推进边疆民族工作,为2020年如期实现全面建成小康社会奋斗目标而奋斗。
