为探讨金针菇在各生长阶段所受环境因素的影响,我们于1993～1995年对金针菇子实体生长发育、栽培管理等技术要点,生料大棚阳畦栽培进行了研究和探讨,验证了金针菇对外界环境因素的生长要求条件,并取得了充分的理论数据一、材料与方法 1.试验材料供试菌种为台黄金针菇,引进山东省农科院。 2.培养基配方棉子皮78%、麸皮20%、石膏粉2%料水比:1:1.2～1.4,PH自然。 3.试验方法我们采用瓶栽和袋栽两种方法,当天拌料、均匀、装料,灭菌,以防时间过久造成料酸败,用罐头瓶装料,装到离瓶口4厘米处,擦净瓶口,用聚丙烯塑
