社会组织的研究需要社会资本的理论予以扩充。本文运用林南的社会资本理论模型,着力深描草根养老组织社会资本的建构过程,揭示组织社会资本建构的行动逻辑。研究表明,S组织通过对不平等社会结构的主动适应与策略性运用,及对组织关系网络中多元主体需求的及时洞察与有效回应,成功建构了组织社会资本;互惠共生是S组织建构社会资本的内在机制。
The research of social organizations needs the theory of social capital to be expanded. This paper uses the theoretical model of social capital in Linnan, concentrates on the process of constructing the social capital of grassroots pension organizations, and reveals the operational logic of organizational social capital construction.
