支气管肺泡灌洗(BAL)技术已被广泛用来收集下气道的分泌液和细胞。然其操作程序尚未标准化。作者首先对7名健康人分别用100ml生理盐水(pH5.5,温度25℃)灌注右中、左舌、右下和左下4个肺叶,结果右中叶回收率(75±6%)和左舌叶回收率(74±8%)显著高于右下叶(64±7%)(P<0.05)。左下叶回收率为67±5%。而各叶回收液中的细胞数,分类计数和蛋白量均相仿。作者继又对10例健康人以加温为37℃的生理盐水(pH5.5)50ml灌注右中叶;以室温25℃的生理盐水(pH5.5)50ml灌
Bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) technology has been widely used to collect secretions and cells in the lower airways. However, its operating procedures have not been standardized. The authors first of seven healthy individuals with 100ml saline (pH5.5, temperature 25 ℃) perfusion of the right middle and left tongue, right and left lower four lung lobes, the results of the right middle leaf recovery (75 ± 6%) and the left tongue Leaf recovery (74 ± 8%) was significantly higher than that of the right lower lobe (64 ± 7%) (P <0.05).
