为切实贯彻落实中国电信集团公司、江苏公司关于深化转型及“一去两化”战略部署,江苏淮安分公司创新流量经营机制,组建了流量经营项目矩阵团队(以下简称矩阵团队)。矩阵团队采用总监+副总监+成员的模式,在全区启动流量经营承包工作,矩阵团队成员渗透到各经营单元,通力协作,集思广益,创新经营,流量经营承包工作取得了丰硕成果,2014年淮安分公司流量收入增幅超过省均2.3%,拉动收入贡献5%。
In order to effectively implement the strategic operation of deepening the transformation and “one to two” strategy of Jiangsu Telecom, Jiangsu Huaian Branch has innovated its traffic management mechanism and established a traffic management project matrix team (hereinafter referred to as the matrix team). The matrix team adopted the mode of director + deputy director + member and started the traffic management contracting work in the whole district. Matrix team members infiltrated each business unit, worked together, brainstormed, innovative management and traffic management contracting and achieved fruitful results. In 2014, Huai’an Branch traffic revenue growth of more than 2.3% of provincial average, stimulating revenue contribution of 5%.
