杀鲑气单胞菌(Aeromonas salmonicida)是美国东北部康涅狄格河和梅里麦克河中孵化场供养的大西洋鲑鱼致死的主要病原菌。本研究所作的现场试验对过滤法检测养鱼场水中的杀鲑气单胞茵作了评价。过滤法可在72h 内对典型的杀鲑气单胞茵作出推测性鉴定,并在96h 内对病原菌作进一步证实。该过滤法己与日常管理措施相结合,其结果有助于管理者在渔业资源方面作出更有根据的决策。
Aeromonas salmonicida is the major causative agent of Atlantic salmon fed on hatcheries in the Connecticut and Merrimack rivers in the northeastern United States. The field experiments conducted in this study evaluated the killing of salmonella in water of fish farms by filtration method. The filtration method can make speculative identification of typical Salmonella typhimurium in 72h, and confirm the pathogen within 96h. This filtering method has been combined with day-to-day management measures, the result of which helps managers make more informed decisions on fisheries resources.
