本文就高校基建项目的特点,以及目前会计核算的现状,探讨如何提高高校财务管理水平,以在成本控制和顺利通过竣工财务决算方面找出高校基建会计人员如何结合自身的优势,使自己在会计核算工作中发挥最大的作用,既可为决策层提供依据,又能够使自身工作顺利开展,以利于管理层的管理及自身的工作环境优化,从而达到双赢的目的。
