大凡一个国家的新政府成立后,都要制定或采用一首歌曲作为国歌,由国歌来体现民族精神,表达统治阶级的追求和向往。国歌的命运与政府的命运共浮沉。辛亥革命胜利后,孙中山和袁世凯都颁布过国歌,两首国歌有很大的不同。中华民国元年1月1日孙中山在南京就任临时大总统后,以他为首的中华民国临时政府征集并颁布了中华民国国歌,歌词全文是:“亚东开化中华早,
After the establishment of a new government in almost every country, a song should be formulated or adopted as a national anthem. The national anthem should be embodied by the national anthem to express the pursuit and yearning of the ruling class. The fate of the national anthem and the fate of the government have sunk. After the victory of the Revolution of 1911, Sun Yat-sen and Yuan Shikai all promulgated the national anthem. The two national anthems are quite different. On the 1st of January, the Republic of China was voted on and promulgated the National Anthem of the Republic of China following Sun Yat-sen’s inauguration as temporary president in Nanjing on January 1 of the first year.
