目的:考察不同产地千金子不同药用部位中4种有效成分的含量差异,为千金子药材质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为Apollo C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长280nm,柱温室温。结果:秦皮乙素、千金子素L1、千金子素L2和千金子素L3分别在3.23~162 mg.L-1(r=0.999 8),3.02~152 mg.L-1(r=1.000 0),1.84~91.8 mg.L-1(r=0.999 9)和3.64~182 mg.L-1(r=1.000 0)线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为98.2%(RSD 1.9%),99.8%(RSD 2.3%),100.9%(RSD 1.9%),101.9%(RSD 2.5%)。结论:该方法简便、可靠,重复性好,结果准确,可用于比较不同产地千金子不同药用部位的质量差异。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the content differences of four active ingredients in different medicinal parts of different gold parts, and to provide basis for the quality control of one thousand gold medicinal materials. Methods: HPLC was used. The column was Apollo C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the column temperature was at room temperature. Results: The contents of aesculetin, cadmium L1, cadmium L2 and cadmium were 3.23-162 mg.L-1 (r = 0.999 8), 3.02-152 mg.L-1 (r = 1.000 0 ), 1.84-91.8 mg.L-1 (r = 0.999 9) and 3.64-182 mg.L-1 (r = 1.000 0). The average recoveries were 98.2% (RSD 1.9%), 99.8% (RSD 2.3%), 100.9% (RSD 1.9%), 101.9% (RSD 2.5%). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, reproducible and accurate. It can be used to compare the quality differences between different medicinal parts of different gold sources in different areas.
