图书馆公共空间属性和开放服务特点,是开展公共外交的有效平台。随着国际间文化交流的日益频繁,开展公共外交的图书馆逐渐增多。本文着重介绍上海图书馆在公共外交方面的实践探索和努力方向。
Library public space attributes and open service characteristics, is an effective platform for public diplomacy. With the increasing frequency of international cultural exchanges, there has been an increase in libraries that carry out public diplomacy. This article focuses on the practical exploration and efforts of the Shanghai Library in public diplomacy.
