The meeting of directors of the PLA military medical institute presided over by the General Health Ministry was held in the Military Medical Research Institute of Beijing Military Region, Shijiazhuang from September 11 to September 1990. There were 20 leaders from the Ministry of Health, the Academy of Military Medical Sciences, the Ministry of Health of the Beijing Military Region Logistics Department and the research institutes of the major military regions participating in the conference.
