岩心钻探施工中,常见的卡钻事故有:井壁掉块卡钻、套管脱扣卡钻和落物掉入孔内卡钻等等,而对钻孔槽沟卡钻尚未引起注意。近几年,我队在栖霞矿区钻探施工中,经常发生钻具在提钻过程中途被卡住。起初也认为是孔壁坍塌或钻孔超径造成的,当一般卡钻事故来处理,结果越处理越复杂。特别是钻杆折断在槽沟孔段中,断头靠在槽沟里,往往不易找到,因之,处理时间长,甚至报废管材和工程量。1975年以来,我队施工的15个钻孔中,就有5个钻孔由于槽沟卡
