E-cadherin是维持上皮细胞极性和上皮完整性的重要分子,也是细胞上皮表型的主要标志.在肿瘤发生侵袭和转移的过程中上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)起了重要的作用,E-cadherin蛋白的表达缺失是EMT发生的主要标志.E-cadherin的异常表达对非小细胞肺癌的转移及患者的靶向治疗效果均有影响,就E-cadherin在非小细胞肺癌的转移和靶向治疗中的作用进行综述.
E-cadherin is an important molecule to maintain the epithelial polarity and epithelial integrity, and is also the main marker of epithelial phenotype.E epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) plays an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis E-cadherin protein expression is the main sign of EMT.The abnormal expression of E-cadherin affect the metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer patients and the targeted therapeutic effect in patients with E-cadherin in non-small cells The role of lung cancer metastasis and targeted therapy is reviewed.
