目的直接依据多平面食管超声心动图(MTEE)测值选择房间隔缺损(ASD)封堵器、引导微创ASD封堵,探讨MTEE所测ASD最大径选择封堵器的可靠性。方法10例患者均用经胸超声心动图(TTE)、MTEE观测ASD,依据测值选择封堵器型号,MTEE实时动态引导下经胸微创封堵ASD。结果10例全部封堵成功,无一例失败;TTE和MTEE测量ASD的最大径差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与房间隔缺损封堵器直径呈正相关(r=0.87,0.96,P<0.01),MTEE测值相关性更好。结论应用MTEE进行全程动态指导经胸微创ASD封堵有效、安全、可靠。直接依据MTEE测值选择封堵器是可行的。 Objective To evaluate the reliability of the ASD occluder with ASD occluder guided by multiplane transesophageal echocardiography (MTEE) and direct minimally invasive ASD occlusion. Methods Ten patients underwent transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and MTEE to observe the ASD. The occluder model was selected according to the measured value. MTEE was performed under the guidance of real-time dynamic transcatheter closure of ASD. Results All the 10 cases were successfully blocked without any failure. There was no significant difference in the maximum diameters of ASD measured by TTE and MTEE (P> 0.05), and were positively correlated with the diameter of occluder of ASD (r = 0.87,0.96, P < 0.01), MTEE measured correlation is better. Conclusions The application of MTEE to guide dynamic trabeculectomy via ASD is effective, safe and reliable. It is feasible to select the occluder directly based on the MTEE measurement.
