经过全行业同仁的齐心努力,截至10月中旬,2005年度全国注册会计师行业执业质量检查工作已全部进入后期的总结收尾阶段。财政部领导对今年的行业检查工作,高度重视,提出了“严格检查,严格处理”的要求。各级注协坚决贯彻这一精神,在认真总结去年工作经验的基础上,进一步结合各地实际,对检查工作做了周密的安排和部署,确保了今年检查工作的圆满完成。今年的检查工作成效显著,既朝着财政部领导所要求的通过严格监管、维护好行业秩序的目标迈进了一大步,也为探索建立提升行业执业质量的长效机制积累了更多的经验。我们特约部分同仁进行笔谈,总结和介绍他们的经验和体会,以便大家学习和交流,进一步做好行业执业质量检查工作。
After the concerted efforts of colleagues throughout the industry, as of mid-October, 2005 the national certified public accountants profession quality inspection work all have entered the final conclusion of the closing phase. The leaders of the Ministry of Finance attached great importance to this year’s inspection work and put forward the requirement of “strict inspection and strict treatment”. On the basis of earnestly summarizing the work experience of last year, we further carefully arranged and deployed the inspection to better ensure the successful completion of inspection this year. This year’s inspection has achieved remarkable results. It not only takes a big step toward the goal of strictly supervising and maintaining the industrial order required by the leaders of the Ministry of Finance, but also accumulates more experience in exploring and establishing a long-term mechanism to enhance the quality of industry practice . Some of our special colleagues conduct a written discussion, summed up and introduce their experience and understanding, so that we learn and exchange, to further do a good job in the industry practice quality inspection.
