目的 了解端粒酶在急性白血病中的表达情况.方法 采用端粒重复扩增－银染法检测了37例急性白血病患者和18例正常对照的骨髓单个核细胞端粒酶表达.结果 急性白血病患者端粒酶阳性表达率较对照组显著升高(P＜0．001),且与临床疗效有一定关系.结论 端粒酶的激活在急性白血病的发生和发展中可能起着重要的作用.
Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase in acute leukemia.Methods Telomerase expression in bone marrow mononuclear cells of 37 patients with acute leukemia and 18 normal controls was detected by telomere repeat amplification-silver staining.Results Acute leukemia patients The positive rate of telomerase was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.001), and it had a certain relationship with clinical curative effect.Conclusion The activation of telomerase may play an important role in the occurrence and development of acute leukemia.
