一、下决心建立稳固的培训基地我区教师进修学校的建立经历了一段与教研室、师范学校几经分合的曲折过程。1985年以前,区教育局决定把教研室和进修学校“分家”。“分家”后也都离不开这一千多平米的小院,校舍狭窄,教学仪器设备、图书资料等都十分缺乏,教师进修工作难以开展,师资培训计划无法落实。把教育质量搞上去,教师是关键。而培训提高师资没有基地不行。经过反复研究,在认真听取各方面意见的基础上,1985年夏,我们决定把教研室并到进修学校,正式成立“北郊区教师进修学校”,
I. Determined to establish a solid training base The establishment of the Teachers’ Training School in our district has experienced a tortuous process that has been separated from teaching and research rooms and normal schools. Before 1985, the District Education Bureau decided to “divide home” between the teaching and research and training schools. After the “separation of homes”, they are also inseparable from the 1,000-square-meter small courtyard. The school buildings are narrow, and teaching equipment, books, and materials are all very lacking. Teacher education is difficult to carry out and teacher training programs cannot be implemented. To improve the quality of education, teachers are the key. Training does not improve the quality of teachers. After repeated studies and careful listening to opinions from various quarters, in the summer of 1985, we decided to transfer the teaching and research section to the training school and formally established the “Northern Outskirt Teacher Training School”.
