通过研究抽油机的工作原理及主要功能,并结合油田的生产实践,探讨了利用晶闸管为主要功率元件的节电控制装置的实现,通过监测电机对有功功率的实际需求,对输送给电机的电压、电流的相位角在线调整,并达到了降低功耗、节约电能的目的。
By studying the working principle and main functions of the pumping unit and combining with the production practice in the oil field, the realization of the power-saving control device using the thyristor as the main power component is discussed.
