小组合作学习又称合作学习,于20世纪70年代率先兴起于美国,并且已被广泛应用到中小学教学实践中。在美术课堂中,把全班学生分成几个小组,一个小组由几名成员组成,组员通过师生之间或者小组内成员之间有组织有秩序地进行自主学习、交流与实践,共同努力完成好任务及教学目标。改革课堂教学是提高教学效率的需要,它有利于克服传统教学存在的弊端,也促进了学生间良好的人际合作关系,促进了学生心理品质发展和社会技能的进步。小组合作学习已成为提高教学效率的新策略。
