本研究比较了昆虫生长调节剂氟铃脲对棉铃虫生物测定的三种方法,并测定了其交互抗性。应用叶片残毒法和饲料混毒法测定结果表明,氟铃脲对1 龄幼虫具有较高的毒力, L C50 分别为0 .358 和0 .014 μg·ml- 1 。饲料混毒法测定还表明,幼虫对氟铃脲的敏感性随着龄期的增加而降低,1 龄幼虫的敏感性分别是2 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6 龄幼虫的2 .6 ,2 .7 ,3 .4 ,3 .8 ,63 .9 倍。用点滴法测定,3 ,4 龄幼虫对氟铃脲也具有较高的敏感性, L D50 分别为0 .053 和0 .276 μg/ 头。比较三种生测方法,叶片残毒法快速、简易、可靠,故更适于作为昆虫生长调节剂对棉铃虫的抗性测定。叶片残毒法用1 龄幼虫供试,接触处理48 h ,最佳观察时间为处理后5 d 。交互抗性及增效剂 P B O 测定结果表明,对氰戍菊酯高抗的中国河南品系和印度品系对氟铃脲无交互抗性,其 L C50 或 L D50 与敏感品系比较相差仅分别为1 .34 ~2 .19 倍和0 .84 ~1 .71 倍。 P B O 对氟铃脲毒性的影响因剂量不同而异,低剂量时有增效作用,高剂量时反而有拮抗作用。 P B O5 μg/ 头对氟铃脲的增效比为1 .61 。
In this study, we compared three methods for the bioassay of hexamers by hexaflumuron, an insect growth regulator, and determined their cross-resistance. The results of leaf residue remnant method and feed compound method showed that hexaflumuron had higher virulence to the first instar larvae with L C50 of 0. 358 and 0. 014 μg · ml-1.
