随着教育改革的不断深入,中职教育面临着巨大的挑战,尤其是中职旅游服务与管理专业,学生的实践能力偏弱,专业技能不高已经成为中职毕业生的主要弱点。要解决这些问题,就需要教师创新教学模式,在教学方法和教学形式上有所创新,加强学生专业能力的培养,从中职旅游服务与管理专业课程酒店管理教学过程中应用项目教学法重要意义的角度出发,结合多年的教学经验,对项目教学法在中职旅游服务与管理专业中的应用进行探讨。
With the continuous deepening of education reform, secondary vocational education is facing great challenges, especially secondary vocational tourism service and management. Students’ practical abilities are weak and their professional skills are not high, which has become the major weakness of secondary vocational graduates. To solve these problems, it is necessary to innovate the teaching mode of teachers, innovate in the teaching methods and teaching forms, and strengthen the cultivation of students’ professional abilities.
