学习动机是学生始终保持学习的动力,一个学生如果拥有了正确的学习动机,那么他必定会有较好的数学成绩与能力。以往传统的数学教学,老师往往只重视知识的传授,只是让学生死记硬背地学习,并未意识到学习动机对学生的重要性,更没有去激发学生的学习动机,这样的教学是无法激发学生学习的主动性与积极性的,自然会出现教学效果不显著的现象。鉴于此,小学数学老师教学需要具有积极的分析、探索和研究的能力,这样才可以根据学生的真实情况,去激发学生学习的动机,进而保证小学数学教学的高效化。本文笔者阐述了如何在小学数学教学中激发学生学习的动机,期望对于小学数学教学的发展能有所帮助。
Learning motivation is the motivation for students to always keep learning. If a student possesses the correct motivation to learn, he must have good math scores and abilities. In the past, the traditional mathematics teaching often emphasized the imparting of knowledge only to make students learn rotely and did not realize the importance of learning motivation to students, nor did they stimulate students’ learning motivation. Such teaching can not stimulate students The initiative and enthusiasm for learning, naturally there will be no obvious teaching effect. In view of this, primary mathematics teachers need to have a positive analysis, exploration and research ability, so that students can motivate students according to the real situation, and then ensure the efficiency of primary mathematics teaching. The author expounds how to motivate students to learn in elementary mathematics teaching. The expectation can be helpful to the development of elementary mathematics teaching.
