十七大报告和十七大通过的新党章对党的建设的制度创新主要体现在:强调实行党务公开制度、党代会代表任期制度,改革党内选举制度,积极推进党内民主制度建设;强调实行定期报告工作并接受监督制度、巡视制度,大力加强党内监督制度建设;强调完善干部选拔任用制度、干部考核制度,健全领导干部职务任期、回避、交流制度,不断深化干部人事制度改革;强调以完善惩治和预防腐败体系为重点,切实加强反腐倡廉制度建设。
The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China adopted the new chapter of party constitution to innovate the system of party building mainly in the following aspects: emphasizing the implementation of the open party system, the tenure system of party representatives, reforming the system of inner-party elections and actively promoting the building of a democratic system within the party; Emphasize the implementation of regular reporting and accept the supervision system and inspection system and vigorously strengthen the building of the inner-party supervision system; emphasize the improvement of the system of selecting and appointing cadres, the examination system of cadres, completing the tenure, avoidance and exchange of leading cadres, and deepening the reform of cadre and personnel systems; Emphasizing that we should focus on improving the system of punishing and preventing corruption, and earnestly strengthen the anti-corruption system.
