咽异感症中医称“梅核气”,是耳鼻喉科常见病,自1987年以来我们采用心理调节加中药治该症120例,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:将就诊患者随机分为两组,中西医结合治疗组120例,其中男47例,女73例,年龄最小20岁,最大47岁,平均29岁,病程3个月～1年。西医对照组100例,其中男45例,女55例,年龄最小25岁,最大40岁,平均30岁,病程2个月～1年半。全部病例均由耳鼻喉科门诊行直接或间接喉镜检查及X线钡餐透视等全面检查未见异常,符合咽异感症诊断标准。

Western medicine control group of 100 cases, 45 males and 55 females, the youngest 25 years old, maximum 40 years old, average 30 years old, duration of 2 months to 1 year and a half. All cases were diagnosed by direct or indirect laryngoscopy and X-ray barium meal examination in otolaryngology clinic with no abnormalities.
