To improve the insurance system for disabled persons requires policy support and institutional arrangements from relevant government departments. With the active involvement and effective promotion of commercial insurance agents, it will mobilize the positive factors in all aspects of society so that vulnerable groups of the disabled can enjoy the same sunshine as the healthy people .
