中国的通货膨胀现象已经成为世界关注的焦点。不仅国内对该话题进行了大量的相关报道,国外很多有影响力的媒体也密切关注着中国物价上涨问题和其采取的相关对策。然而西方媒体从多种视角出发表现出大相径庭的态度。本文运用批判性话语分析方法针对BBC及经济学家两家媒体的文章进行分析,旨在从语言角度探究资本主义国家对于中国经济现状所持的真实态度并揭示其深层次的意识形态。
The phenomenon of inflation in China has become the focus of attention of the world. Not only has there been a large amount of relevant reports on this topic in China, but many influential foreign media also pay close attention to the issue of price increases in China and the related countermeasures they have taken. However, the Western media show a very different attitude from a variety of perspectives. This article uses critical discourse analysis to analyze the articles of the BBC and economists in two media aimed at exploring the capitalist countries’ real attitude toward China’s economic status and revealing its deep-seated ideology from a linguistic perspective.
