目前,企业已经进入了知识经济时代,智慧资本成为企业未来发展的战略性资产,知识管理通过对组织内部智慧资本进行系统性整合、分配、运用、转移及开拓创新,为企业创造更大价值。人力资源是专业知识和技术水平的载体,拥有高效的人力资源管理是企业创造独特知识水平和垄断技术优势的基础前提。基于此,主要针对知识管理时代下的人力资源管理展开研究。
At present, enterprises have entered the era of knowledge-based economy, and smart capital has become a strategic asset for the future development of enterprises. Knowledge management creates greater value for the enterprise by systematically integrating, allocating, utilizing, transferring and pioneering innovation in the intellectual capital within the organization. Human resources are the carrier of professional knowledge and technical level. Having efficient human resources management is the prerequisite for enterprises to create unique knowledge and monopolize technological superiority. Based on this, we mainly study human resource management under the age of knowledge management.
