通过对12例17耳的颞骨标本切片观察,研究槌骨短突软骨随年龄增长的骨化机制。计5岁以下4耳,20岁组3耳,30岁组5耳,40岁组1耳,50岁组3耳,60岁组1耳。作者以显微镜观察槌骨短突附着于鼓膜处,发现有紧密连结的小泡状乃至长椭圆形的软骨细胞团,卷曲组成软骨膜样组织,插入鼓膜纤维层内。此外亦有向外耳道方向的突出部分。在槌骨短突部的水平切片中,可以观察到各年龄组之槌骨在短突尖端均有密集的骨细胞层,下方有与骨分界的钙化区。17耳在短
Through the observation of 12 cases of 17-day temporal bone specimens, the ossification mechanism of malocclusal cartilage with age was studied. 4 ears under 5 years of age, 3 ears of 20 years old group, 5 ears of 30 years old group, 1 ear of 40 years old group, 3 ears of 50 years old group, 1 ear of 60 years old group. The authors observed with a microscope attached to the tympanic membrane at the short bugle and found closely connected vesicular or oblong chondrocytes, crimped into cartilage-like tissue, inserted into the tympanic membrane layer.
