干细胞是具有多向分化潜能的原始细胞,在一定条件下可以分化为多种甚至所有的组织细胞,其中也包括性类固醇激素生成细胞,转染类固醇激素生成因子-1(steroidogenic factor-1,SF-1)和不转染SF-1的胚胎干细胞在离体诱导分化培养时有类固醇激素生成能力,另外,用胎猪皮肤干细胞在添加猪卵池液的培养液中培养,发现培养细胞表达芳香化酶,可分泌雌激素E2及孕激素P4等。成体干细胞如性腺中的睾丸间质干细胞、卵巢中的卵泡膜干细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞在一定条件下也可分化为能合成性腺类固醇激素的细胞。这些研究为卵巢早衰的治疗、心血管疾病和骨质疏松症的防治提供了新的可能更有效的方法。
Stem cells are primitive cells with multidirectional differentiation potential and can differentiate into many or even all of the tissue cells under certain conditions, including sex steroidogenic cells, transfection of steroidogenic factor-1 (SF) -1) and non-transfected embryonic stem cells (SF-1) had steroidogenic activity in vitro when cultured in vitro. These studies provide new and potentially more effective ways to treat premature ovarian failure, prevent cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis.
