森林是人类的宝贵财富,但它来之不易,如果是人工林,需要花费大量的人力、物力和资金,才能培养成郁郁葱葱的森林。如果管理不善,一把火就会全功尽弃。由此可见护林防火在森林建设上的重要性。据多年来累次失火教训,特别是这次东北大兴安岭森林火灾的发生和蔓延,长期难以扑灭,对我教育最深,为长期控制森林火灾的发生和蔓延,我对改进森林防火措施有如下几点建议:
Forests are a treasure of mankind, but its hard-won, if it is planted forests, it takes a lot of manpower, material resources and funds to cultivate lush forests. According to many years of misfire lessons, especially the occurrence and spread of the forest fire in the Greater Xing’an Mountains in northeast China, which has long been difficult to put out and has the deepest education for me. In order to control the occurrence and spread of forest fires for a long time, I have some suggestions on improving forest fire prevention measures :
