一、痹证高××,女,45岁,北流县塘岸公社社员。因腰腿疼痛不能转侧已7天,在当地卫生所治疗未见好转而前来就医。患者形态消瘦,精神疲惫,左侧腰痛向下肢放射,抬腿困难,踡缩不伸。胃纳一般,二便尚调。苔薄白,脉弦细。诊为痛痹初起,药用:钩藤120克,川断30克,骨碎补60克,牛膝6克,久煎2小时后服。服上药1剂后,患肢疼痛稍减,但变化不大。病者身体虚衰,阳气不振,必须扶正才能祛邪。守上方加黄芪30克,归身30克,久煎4小时后服,药渣复煎熏洗患肢。服上药后,患肢疼痛大减,已能屈伸。照方再进一剂,诸症均除。随访四年,未见再发。按:痹证一般分为热痹和风寒湿痹两大类,后者又各以其偏胜而分为着痹、行痹和痛
