研究了Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-x(0,1)B合金在5%H2SO4溶液中的腐蚀磨损特性,结果表明:在酸腐蚀工况下Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-1B合金的耐蚀性能优于Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr合金,易钝化成膜,静置腐蚀速率为0.007 mg/(cm2·h1),钝化电流密度为0.299(m A·cm-2),自然腐蚀电位为-0.213 V,表现出良好的耐酸腐蚀性能及稳定性。物质膜完整地覆盖在Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-1B合金的磨损表面,抑制了腐蚀对磨损的加速作用,Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-1B合金比Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr合金的腐蚀磨损率减小了2-8倍。Ni Al-7.5Cr-2.5Ta-1B合金的磨蚀,受控于腐蚀磨损和完整的物质膜的保护作用。Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr合金的磨蚀机制,受控于腐蚀磨损和磨粒磨损。
The corrosion and wear behavior of NiAl-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-x (0,1) B alloy in 5% H2SO4 solution was studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of NiAl-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-1B alloy Is better than Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy and easy to be passivated. The static corrosion rate is 0.007 mg / (cm2 · h1) and the passivation current density is 0.299 (m A · cm-2) , The natural corrosion potential of -0.213 V, showing good acid corrosion resistance and stability. The material film completely covers the wear surface of the Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-1B alloy, which restrains the accelerating effect of corrosion on the wear. The NiAl-2.5Ta-7.5Cr-1B alloy has a higher wear resistance than NiAl-2.5Ta-7.5Cr Alloy corrosion wear rate is reduced 2-8 times. The abrasion of Ni Al-7.5Cr-2.5Ta-1B alloy is controlled by corrosion and wear and the protection of complete material film. The abrasion mechanism of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy is controlled by corrosion and abrasive wear.
