新世纪的大学生要肩负历史的使命完成民族复兴的大业不仅要有坚定正确的政治方向、高尚的道德品质和扎实的专业基础知识,还要学会用法律思维来思考和解决问题。大学生不学法、不懂法、不守法、不用法,没有直面时代经济、驾驭市场经济的法律实践能力,就不可能适应时代发展的需要,更不可能在开放的市场中立于不败。本文从教学模式上提出了几点增强大学生法律实践能力的观点。
The new century college students must shoulder the historic mission of accomplishing national rejuvenation must not only have a firm and correct political orientation, noble moral character and solid foundation of professional knowledge, but also learn to use legal thinking to think and solve problems.
